RETURNS and REFUND

We hope you are happy with your SARALAM purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging.

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund through Paypal. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. 

Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company. Paypal account holder - refund will be shown in the account immediately.

In case your original order contained multiple items and only partial return is made, SARALAM does not return the original shipping cost. If you make a full return, the original shipping cost is also refunded.
